1.The Mallets Skræl æblerne, fjern kernehuset og skær æblerne i både.
2. Smelt smør, kanel og sirup i en pande og steg æblebådene indtil de er møre.
3. Fordel æblerne på tallerkner. Læg lidt creme fraiche ovenpå. Dryp lidt sirup på og strø valnødderne over. Server straks..
